This refund policy describes how Nova Digital Solutions handles refund requests for services provided, including software development, mobile apps, AI solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, and consulting.
This policy applies to all paid engagements unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.
Refund requests are considered only for payments related to services meeting the conditions outlined below. Eligibility depends on project status, deliverables acceptance, and contractual terms.
To request a refund, provide the invoice number, project ID, description of the issue, and supporting evidence via email to the billing team or via the support portal.
Nova Digital Solutions will review requests and may ask for additional information. We aim to respond quickly and in good faith to resolve disputes.
Full refunds may be issued if work has not started or if the company materially fails to provide agreed services. Partial refunds may be granted for work in progress after deducting the value of delivered work and non-refundable costs.
Refund amounts may be reduced to cover transaction fees, third-party costs, and the reasonable value of work completed.
For milestone-based projects, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis according to completed and accepted milestones.
Clients must contact Nova Digital Solutions before filing a bank chargeback. Filing a bank dispute without prior contact may affect issue resolution and may lead to service suspension.
Upon agreeing to a refund, both parties agree in writing whether rights granted to the client will be revoked or retained according to the contract.
Refund rules for subscriptions and trials are described on the subscription page or in the subscription agreement. Free trials are non-refundable.
In cases beyond control, Nova Digital Solutions will act fairly and may offer partial refunds, credits, or rescheduling depending on circumstances.
Refund requests and outcomes are retained for audit and compliance purposes for at least three years.
